It is believed that Walkeline and Hugh lord Monfort had a great strife and participated in a jousting match to settle the matter. They both died that day form their wounds.

Fulk Fitz WARIN was born ¹ about 1215. He died ² on 14 May 1264. Fulk married Constance de TOENI.

Constance de TOENI [Parents] was born ¹ about 1234. She died ² after 1265. Constance married Fulk Fitz WARIN.

Gruffydd Ap GWENWYNWYN was born ¹ about 1210. He died ² in 1286. Gruffydd married Hawise le STRANGE.

Hawise le STRANGE was born ¹ about 1234. She died ² after 1310. Hawise married Gruffydd Ap GWENWYNWYN.

Ralph De TOENI was born ¹ about 1190. He died ² about 29 Sep 1239. Ralph married Petronilla De LACY.

Petronilla De LACY [Parents] was born about 1194. She died ¹ after 25 Nov 1288. Petronilla married Ralph De TOENI.

Hugh Le DESPENSER Sheriff was born ¹ about 1197. He died ² in 1238. Hugh married Mary De QUINCY.

Sir Hugh le Despenser (died 1238) was a wealthy landowner in the East Midlands of England, and served as High Sheriff of Berkshire.
He was probably the son of a Thomas Despencer, and brother to both Thomas, who died before October 1218, and Rohaise, who married Stephen de Segrave. It is said that he married Mary de Quincy, daughter of Saer de Quincy (died 1219) and Margaret de Beaumont (died 1234). Hugh and Mary probably had at least three children: Pernell, who married Geoffrey Savage; Mary, who married Roger St. John; and Hugh le Despencer, 1st Baron le Despencer (died 1265).
He was a descendant of a noble family who came to England from the same location as William the Conqueror and at the same time. This family, surnamed De Albetot, became William's Stewards. Sir Hugh was appointed High Sheriff of Staffordshire and Shropshire in 1222 and High Sheriff of Berkshire in 1226 and 1238.
He held eleven manors in England: in Leicestershire, Yorkshire, Lincolnshire, and Rutland. He is reported to have been instrumental in the repairs of 1232 to Porchester Castle in Hampshire, a site first used by third-century Romans. Sir Hugh had this ever-evolving castle updated to include a new forebuilding to the keep and portcullises for the gatehouses, and completed repairs to the wall and hall.
Among his descendants were the infamous Despensers who became favourites of Edward II.

Alice De MOHUN was born ¹ about 1228. She died ² about 1283. Alice married ³ Robert De BEAUCHAMP before 1246.

William Le FORZ Baron de Vivonne [Parents] ¹ was born ² about 1224. He died ^{3, 4} before 22 May 1259. William married ^{5, 6} Maud Matilda De FERRERS ⁷ about 30 Jul 1248.

William was also known as William 'Fort' Fortibus De Vivonne.

Maud Matilda De FERRERS [Parents] ¹ was born ² about 1228. She died ³ on 12 Mar 1299. Maud married ^{4, 5} William Le FORZ Baron de Vivonne ⁶ about 30 Jul 1248.
