Karen was born in Fulton on March 20, 1943 to Ronald E and Eva (Baker) Farr. Karen lived most of her younger years in Gouverneur.

Following her graduation from Gouverneur High School in 1961, she met and fell in love with and entered into marriage with the love of her life, David Bulger Sr., on February 3, 1962. She attended the shapers Beauty School in Rochester. Karen and her family relocated to Braidwood, Illinois, going to Valparaiso, Indiana and then to the northwest in 1986, following David's career at the Georgia Pacific Corp in Bellingham, Washington.

Joshua FARR Jr. [Parents] was born about 1792 in Windham, Vermont, United States.

 I have some progress to report on the family of Joshua Farr KDMB-T16. When I last looked into the family, there was one son yet to be identified. In looking at known son Emory, I found that he owned land in Enosburg VT, and when he sold it, he mentions in the deed that it was land he purchased with his brother Lyman. This name matches the list of children that a descendant of Joshua had from their grandfather. Lyman is consistently given ages on the censuses that put his birth in 1814.

    Emory turned out to have an interesting story. He sold his land in Enosburg in 1836, and ended up in Farmington, CT, where he married Maria Sweet in 1838. He appears to have learned the trade of clock making while in CT. From the 1850 census (in which his birth state is listed as VT), it appeared that they went to Iowa shortly after marrying, since two children were born there, according to the census. Using the Full text search on FS, I found him in Muscatine Co.,IA as a jury member in 1844. Not long after, they returned to Connecticut and were on the 1850 census in Wallingford. He died in East Haven, CT in 1862, at the age of 50.

     There is a Benjamin Farr associated with the Joshua Farr family, who was born  ~1829. He first appears in the 1830 census for the widow Prudence Farr's household in Townshend, VT. But, Prudence (b.~1773) would have been about 56 at his birth, so not likely to be her son. It is possible that he was her grandson, a son of Joshua Farr Jr., who may have died in early adulthood, leaving a son and unknown wife. I've not been able to find anything on Joshua Jr., record wise beyond the warning out from Athens VT in 1812. He was found in Joshua Sr.'s family in the 1820 census, but not with Prudence in 1830.

     Benjamin later bought land with Lyman Farr in Enosburg. I've kept him attached to Joshua and Prudence Farr until his heritage can be determined.
