I Daniel Farr of Westminster in the County of Windham and State of Vermont do hereby make publish and declare this my last Will and Testament. After the payment of all just and legal charges upon my Estate my funeral expenses and the legacies hereinafter named I do give devise and bequeath to my beloved wife Mariah Farr the sole use of the remainder of my Estate both Real and Personal during her natural life or as long as she remains my widow.
Item I give and bequeath to my son Elijah Farr the sum of one Hundred Dollars.
Item I give and bequeath to my Daughter Adda Farr the sum of Three Hundred Dollars.
Item I give and bequeath to my son William Walter Farr the usm of Three Hundred Dollars.
The above legacies to my children not to be paid under five years from my decease.
I give and bequeath to my son Daniel T. Farr all my Estate both Real and Personal that shall remain at the decease of my wife Mariah Farr or when she ceases to be my Widow.
I do nominate constitute and appoint Daniel T. Farr my son to be the sole executor of this my last will and Testament hereby revoking all former wills and testaments by me heretofore made.
